🇳🇱 Nederlands : Het gaat om de RENFE 141F-2401, een Spaanse Mikado-stoomlocomotief. De locomotief staat nog altijd op het terrein van het voormalige station Horna-Villarcayo, in de provincie Burgos.
Interessant is dat de 141F-2401 pas in 1991 naar Horna kwam, als onderdeel van een toeristisch project dat uiteindelijk niet werd gerealiseerd. Daarna bleef de locomotief buiten staan en raakte zij steeds verder in verval.
🇬🇧 English : This is the RENFE 141F-2401, a Spanish Mikado steam locomotive. The locomotive still stands on the grounds of the former Horna-Villarcayo railway station, in the province of Burgos.
Interestingly, the 141F-2401 did not arrive in Horna until 1991, as part of a tourism project that was ultimately never realised. Afterwards, the locomotive remained outdoors and gradually fell into decay.
