🇳🇱 Nederlands : Dit museum bevindt zich op het terrein van de voormalige Heeresversuchsanstalt Peenemünde. Vanaf 1936 werd hier gewerkt aan Duitse raket- en wapentechnologie. De bekendste ontwikkeling was de Aggregat 4 (A4), later bekend als de V2. Op 3 oktober 1942 vond in Peenemünde een succesvolle A4-testvlucht plaats. Op het museum zijn er nog resten van installaties, bunkers en andere bouwwerken. Het museum heeft hiervoor ook een route langs authentieke locaties.
🇬🇧 English : This museum is located on the site of the former Heeresversuchsanstalt Peenemünde. From 1936, German rocket and weapons technology was developed and tested here. The best-known development was the Aggregat 4 (A4), later known as the V2.
On 3 October 1942, a successful A4 test flight took place at Peenemünde.
Around the museum site, remains of installations, bunkers and other structures can still be found. The museum also offers a route that takes visitors past several of these authentic historical locations.
